About Guest Henry Hanson:
Henry Hanson is a filmmaker and programmer based in Chicago. His self-produced, self-distributed directorial debut “Bros Before” screened at dozens of venues internationally while gaining notoriety as an online cult hit. They also produce and curate multimedia screening events around Chicago with an emphasis on the queer underground. He is just starting up a festival run for his debut feature “Dog Movie,” a micro-budget improvised cringe comedy inspired by Hong Sang-Soo, Larry David and Dogme 95. "Dog Movie" won Best in Filmmaking Achievement and Excellence in Acting awards from the Kansas City Underground Film Festival. Henry is the son of TNM Founder Shari Foos.
